our bad! On the same day we ordered supply's from American Home Health and Oxygen Concentrator. When the package came in it was from American Medical Sales. We assumed that the package was from the other supplier and did not open the package to check its content. I just variffied that it was from You and had the twelve 4 ft. hoses. I will now contact American Home Health to see where the 12 ft hoses are. Sorry for the mixup. Sylvia Austin I placed this order on december the 28 and my credit card has been billed but I have not received the tubing. It should not take this long should it? Where is my order? Sylvia Austin

You were paid for the battery so you should refund the money.The packing slip says Cash sales. It also says Amazon in parenthesis It says Web orders, which was one of your options when I ordered the battery. So I don’t see a problem, but apparently you do.

My concentrator broke after 7 months. It was still under warranty but I could either send it back for $60.00 and wait for 3-4 weeks for it to be returned, thereby leaving me house bound or pay #195 for a replacement. The address on the replacement had a typo in the apartment number. I called your customer service line and they would call back with why they said it was attempted to be delivered. I then called UPS myself and was told in 10 minutes about typo and it was delivered within 30 minutes. I did not receive a call back for 2 hours and was told it would be delivered the next day. Needless to say I don't think much of your service or costly options r it

Ordered a concentrator from the Oxygen concentrator store. I was not given all the specs and maintance on the unit. While speaking to customer service. I learned there were things, I didn't like about the unit. I called within 48 hours to cancel. The unit showed up on my door step with no signature proof. I had to pay half of shipping. To ship it back and Oxygen concentrator store sent an email stating that if package was opened, which it wasn't they would pro rate my refund. I was a loyal customer for 6 years but ended up with two bad units that had same issue. Chemical exhaust type fumes from the units. Sent both units that were under warranty in. We will see if they stand by the second unit and fix it. I am just so done with sales people who lie to get a sale. It is what, it is...

I have yet to receive my replacement concentrator. Most of the times I called to locate the concentrator, I got the answering service. I will keep trying but I need the concentrator and it is a big investment but I wish it was easier to interact with customer service.

I feel wronged by this company in the sense that I was initially sold the Caire Freestyle 02 concentrator it has a "promotion" with 2 large batteries. I ws excited about the purchase however, I realized I was not adjusting to the weight of the unit. Icalled the Oxygen Store. They offered to exchange one of larger batteries for two smaller ones. I trusted that they may know what theyre suggesting...so I agreed. weeks later my body is in soo much pain even my feet is so much discomfort I called back but by this time its after 30 days and now they offer as a favor to me an exchange to a refurbished Inogen 5 with a cart. The catch is the restocking fee for the Caire Freestyle is 50%. That is a lot of money for someone scrambling to purchase breathing and other meds. I am left wondering why didn't they offer this much better fit to begin with. It is so much lighter and much less costly....but now I owe so much more money than when I first started this whole process.The salesperson sounded pleasant and I thught he was really helping I could hardly speak on the phone Im a chronic cougher and talking is such an effort. I feel scammed.

Battery doesn't last. Have almost 200 hours on it but at a full charge you only get 1 hour and 10 mins.
