The customer service was absolutely outstanding. Initially, I ordered the wrong brace, one that actually would have cost more , and the company proactively contacted me to explain that it would not be the best option for the dog. I truly appreciated their honesty and willingness to steer me in the right direction instead of simply making a larger sale. I was also acting as the go-between for my 83-year-old parents from another state, which was not always an easy situation. Despite that, the team was consistently responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful. They reviewed photos, followed up both by phone and in writing, and guided us through the entire process. Ortho Dog’s customer service made all the difference. Without their support, the brace would have been useless. They made a difficult situation manageable, and I’m genuinely grateful for their professionalism, compassion, and expertise. I would highly recommend them.

Best Customer Service and product EVER!! We ordered the OrthoDog Cruciate Care Knee Brace for our 9 year old great dane mix, Thorin. Thorin has a CCL tear on his left knee. The customer service was exceptional, mainly due to Karen. Karen sent a personalized note with the brace, offered help with fitting, responded immediately to my email and even called me to walk me through the correct fitting steps. Dear OrthoDog, I wanted to take an opportunity to thank you for the outstanding service and product that you provide to help people and their pets heal cruciate ligament (knee tear: CCL) injuries that can happen with our beloved companions. My pup, Abraham (we usually call him Bram) started holding his back right leg up in May. Having seen this injury in other dogs, I knew immediately it was a CCL injury. Bram could not put any weight on his back leg. While thinking we would be going into our vet's office for an expensive and time-consuming recovery and surgery, I decided to check what else might be available to help Bram heal and during recovery. I found a YouTube video online suggesting that CCL injuries could be healed by using a brace designed for this purpose. This vet in the video recommended the OrthoDog brand as providing the best success due to its tested design. OrthoDogs leg brace is more expensive than other leg brace set ups. But during my research I noted that no other leg brace provided extra bracing on the uninjured leg, and this made a lot of sense to me. In for a penny, in for a pound, as it were, I decided that OrthoDog was the right choice for Bram. Also, I figured if he did eventually need the surgery then the OrthoDog brace would provide him with the best possible support during his recovery. The brace arrived quickly and I set about watching the OrthoDog videos on how to fit it properly. (PS be sure to heed OrthoDog's suggestion to fit the brace together with high-value treats -- we used pieces of cheese, and Bram raced to have his brace put on each day :) This was accompanied by instructions to send OrthoDog pictures of Bram wearing the brace so they could confirm it was correct or make clear indications what needed further adjustment to make sure the brace fitted and would do its job properly. At this point I must commend OrthoDog for their prompt, excellent and outstanding clarity on helping me fit the brace on Bram perfectly. A mere six weeks later, Bram's limp was gone completely -- no lengthy and painful surgery required. So while OrthoDog seemed a little expensive initially, it saved us thousands of dollars in surgery expenses and all that goes along with it. Needless to say, I give OrthoDog the Bram Seal of Approval, and an A+++ rating of excellence from me. OrthoDog is head and shoulders (and knees) above any other brace out there. I ordered the hip brace for my girl , and it helps her not limping and keep running !I am from Canada and had an incredible service before AND after the sale . Karen was translating in french for me 😉 I can't recommand enough this product from this reliable company .

I contracted the company and asked them to make an adjustment with their Hock Holder. The original design is made with the seam on the inside of the brace, creating some friction/sores on my dog's leg. Without hesitation, they changed the design, seam on the outside, and my dog is very happy! Wonderful, caring company!

From the first contact with Ortho Dog I could tell that they actually cared that my dog had exactly what he needed instead of trying to over sell me on additional items. Karen provided excellent customer service all the way throughout and after my purchase. The quality of the items I ordered were a 10/10. Strong enough to protect my dogs knee but flexible enough so he could lay down comfortably. I can't say enough positive things about Ortho Dog. First. I absolutely love the customer service. This isn’t just a company, they truly are here to help your dog! I can not express how much I love the personalized approach! Our Bernese Mountain dog blew out her knee several months ago. We were guided to surgery as an option from the vet. But she is 9 and outcomes for this surgery didn’t look great. Plus the cost and risk for her other knee were weighing on us. We ordered this brace as a lifeline and it truly was. Stella was not able to get up on her own, only able to use bathroom with minimal standing and falling frequently. The brace was easy to use and you can call for help with sizing! We used the brace as instructed and In just 8 weeks our girl is brace free and taking short walks. She is so happy and moving freely in the yard and house. It’s beyond amazing and we are so grateful to this company! A blessing!

Morning, I had to email you and say Thank You again for such a great product! The date I ordered, was such a trying time for all of you with the damage Helena had delivered to your area. 😞 You all were so gracious and professional with providing me the perfect brace and answering my questions! My dog, Sizzle partially tore her ACL , Aug 2023 and due to cost of surgery, I monitored her play before it finally developed into a complete tear a year later in Oct 2024. I decided to read up on braces and decided on your Ortho Dog Brace and ordered in October. My dog does not wear it inside, only if she has other dog companions, but wears it outside ALWAYS. I keep her on lead and just recently left her off lead for a few minutes, while monitoring. I believe her injury has scarred tissue over some as she now even runs, again with me monitoring. I can not say “thank you” enough for providing this brace, as I don’t believe we would be this far in partial healing, and without stressing the other leg.
