The clinicians are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. The system itself is a little rocky with long wait times and unexpected cancellations. I am sure they are working out some technology issues.

The only thing was my account was charged $450. I never authorized that. Your first shipment was gone after 2 injections. So I may need to cancel.

Scheduling the refill quiz was a bit confusing. I’d taken the third dose 3 days ago but the link didn’t show till I called. Once the link was set I was able to access it via my portal

It is important to use the app and the sequence of processes with doctors appointment and order medication. The schedule for payment is atomically withdrawn weather you have made appointment or order next month’s medication.
