I wish I could give a 0 star - I had one interview and did not opt for the service and they charged my credit card for medication they never sent me over several months and only refunded the last month. Total rip off.

SCAM. FRAUD. Immediately took credit card info for unauthorized REOCCURRING payments before even completely form. No customer service number or contact. I contacted my bank immediately and they assisted, pointing out the REOCCURRING charges and scam/fraud red flags including completely different names and location of so-called company. Use a legit Healthcare site through hospital or established site to avoid these scammer preying on vulnerable people.

Thank you for leaving a review and expressing your concerns. Here at Openloop we provide a series of services including: providers, labs, pharmacies, and medication to our clients patients. This may be why you are seeing different names and locations. To receive medication or services you will enroll in a subscription which will have a monthly reoccurring charge. Prices may vary depending on the program you are enrolled in. When providing your credit card information you do have to accept the terms and conditions, which outline that the subscription is a separate charge from the medication. Rip off, I payed over 600 dollars, and I got this little bottle with 4 syringes, after the use, I’ve gained 1 lb,, it’s all a hoax!! I want my back,, pi—s of sh-t people! What’s the matter with this world today

If I could give this company less than zero, I would actually give it to them. This has been a nightmare. A couple of days ago, they made four charges to my debit card that I did not do. I canceled the account with that company more than 2 months ago. This is actually a scam when I called the phone number on the receipt, they sent me they told me they would refund my money, but they didn't ask me for any of my information and they have people who don't speak English well I recommend staying away from this company since it is a fraud and steal money They are thieves
