Onset provided thorough information prior to purchase to allow me to make the best purchase. They provide great communication via email and telephone both before and after my purchase. Technical support was also very helpful with set up and questions after I received my product. I will absolutely purchase equipment in the future from Onset and highly recommend this professional company.
