Affordable, easy to use, dependable products
Affordable, easy to use, dependable products. Onset has great customer service. I have been buying from them for years and intend to continue.

The ONSET humidity and temperature …
The ONSET humidity and temperature datalogger is a great little device. It enabled me to determine if my tenant was being truthful in her claims of high humidity in her apartment. It works as advertised and the Bluetooth file transfer and multiple data formats are exactly what I needed.

The people were very helpful when placing the order. The product was delivered as promised. Set-up, operation, and read-outs are easily performed.

Good products
Good products, just wish they were made in USA Sellers should always have a "Made in the USA" option in products

Thanks for the 5-star review! Onset has a single location on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, where we design, manufacture, and assemble our products. We do source some raw components overseas, but everything is designed and built right here in the USA at our Cape Cod manufacturing facility, and our products are labeled as “Assembled in the USA” as a result. We have no plans to make them anywhere else. For the folks who work here, and for our customers all over the world who appreciate our dedication to LEAN, continuous improvement and American manufacturing quality, that’s a good thing! They have the stuff I need
They have the stuff I need, and get it to me when I need it. When I request an item that doesn't look quite right to their sales folks, they call me and have a conversation about what might work better for my application.
