Wrong Size could not use the materials

LOST ONE PIECE IN SHIPPING DUE TO UPS MISHANDLING. THE CARTON END WAS DAMAGED AND RETAPED, AFTER LOOSING THE PART. SUGGESTION: POSSIBLY INSERT EXTRA PACKING PAPER OR A 90 DEG ANGELED CARDBOARD INSERT ON THE INSIDE CORNERS FOR PACKAGING THAT MAY NEED IT. ALTHOUGH THE DOUBLE WALLED CARDBOARD CARTON WAS USED, IT JUST DIDN'T HOLD UP IN THIS INSTANCE. +++GOOD JOB ON THE CUT SIZE.+++

Price was ok, the way you figure shipping costs is kind of strange. The pipe was not packaged correctly, edges were bent inward a little, Luckly it does not matter for this job or I would have given it 2 stars.

Lack of communication between departments delayed the delivery somewhat. However, one of your employees in the credit department went above and beyond to expedite the process and speed up delivery.

Shipped quickly. Nice product.

The service was quick, I had delivery in 3 days! Packing was a little crude, I ordered brass tubing (square) and it was packaged with 4 pieces in shipping tube without any wrapping on individual pieces and the brass was scraped.

Great prices and delivery times!

they recently opened up a distribution warehouse in Portland, Oregon which is where I am located. super fast delivery without expedited shipping costs.
