We are a healthcare practice committed to making it easy to get a valid doctor's excuse note for work, school or travel. Sometimes you just need a day off to recuperate when you are experiencing a mild illness. We use telehealth to make it quick, simple, and affordable to get a note. No need to get out of bed, drive to a doctor's office, wait with other sick patients, and then wait for the doctor to see you. In a just a few clicks you can answer the medical intake. In just a few minutes a board-certified doctor will review your chart, and if appropriate will issue a signed doctor's note. It's that simple! And it only costs $24.95!
