My order was taking longer than original estimate to ship. After I contacted them, they promptly responded and explained the delays (factory labor issue and supply chain issues). I received my order on a Saturday, and after inspecting it on Sunday, I realized I was short one piece. Again I contacted km them right away and received an email back Sunday evening rectifying the problem. Its nice to work with a company that has integrity and excellent customer service. I would do business with them again

Price was good and product was exactly what I ordered. I would have given a five star but it seemed a little questionable after I placed the order since the confirmation email only gave a time frame when the product would be ready and no address to the location. I wasn't provided the address until it was ready and then only given a short time frame to pick it up. Lastly, it was not made known at time of purchase you are required to pick up the product in a truck: no cars, SUVs, minivans, etc. and cannot have kids with you.... unless maybe I missed it in the fine print somewhere.

My order was shipped short, but OnFlooring adjusted the charges after confirming my claim. There was fast and friendly follow-up on my email request. Even though there was a glitch, I am very satisfied with my buying experience.

I got what I wanted very quickly and it worked well. My only complaint is parts are included that are not needed and that makes the cost a lot more. The price was high.

Priced well fast shipping affordable flooring had excellent help with my purchase through email contacts when I got five stars except for a few pieces were damaged on the corners during shipping some protection on the corners may help since they came on large pallets with no protectionThanks would purchase again

Other than taking about a month to get the trim piece that I ordered, my experience with On Flooring was great.

Transition floor strips look great. Good quality product. Would of given a 5 star if it came with screws and dowels.

One carton of several of flooring planks had some edge damage. We will use for planks that will need to be ripped for perimeter planks.
