We have dealt with One Reverse Mortgage and Quicken for over 10 years. Every person we have communicated with has been helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend One Reverse Mortgage and Quicken.

Working with the associates at One Reverse Mortgage
Working with the associates at One Reverse Mortgage has been a most pleasant experience. Each step of the process has gone as explained with no issues. The staff that I dealt with has been very knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that I’ve had during the process.

Everyone I had direct contact with…
Everyone I had direct contact with we’re excellent. The underwriters were a bit of a pain. For example, they asked me for proof that we were current on our HOA fees and then, after I went through the effort to provide the documentation for that proof I was told that the underwriters would have to contact the HOA to see if we were current!

My father and I worked with Eric…
My father and I worked with Eric Gutierrez on the reverse mortgage process. There were multiple hurdles, however Eric helped us every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for a more professional, polite, and overall nicer person to help us. No matter the question, Eric was there to answer. Highly recommended!
