Everything worked out according to the schedule we were given. Closing on the mortgage happened sooner than we had expected and went smooth, with closing being done at our home.

To Whom It May Concern: I just finished a reverse mortgage with John Dillon who works with ONE REVERSE, a Quicken associated company. I have been a real estate broker for over 20 years and I will tell you from experience that a reverse mortgage is probably a lot more complicated than you might think. For this reason it is imperative that you hire a mortgage broker who has the intelligence, integrity, and verbal skills to guide you through this process and can address your questions and concerns all the way through. John Dillon is a person I came to trust and just knew with his intelligent responses to complicated questions that he knew the right answers. Now that I'm done with this process I really can't say enough about John Dillon and his incredible service. I believe based on my experience that there is lots of room in the reverse mortgage process to be mislead by a lender and that is why I recommend John so strongly.
