Working with Chris, Jonathon, and Abby was amazing! I was treated with respect and professionalism. They were almost always there to answer my phone calls. If I had to leave a message I never waited more than 10 minutes for a return call. What I most appreciated was that after I shared with them the health problems my sweet wife is going through they genuinely cared and (I truly felt) that they all went above and beyond to help me through the process. I can't stress this enough...I don't have words to express my heartfelt thanks to them for their kindness and compassion. They not only listened to me but they heard me. I am very satisfied with my experience with the process and the way it has been handled. There was a lot of paperwork involved, but I bought a house through the VA in the 1980s so was expecting it. I really believe the process has been handled in a very up-front and professional manner.
