My sales agent,Christopher Arthur, did an excellent job. Every time I had a question, or needed answers, Chris responded quickly, courteously & knowledgeably. I can not say that about everyone at One Reverse Mtg. If all your employees could be as good as Chris I would have given 5 stars!

Rich Martin was great. Abby seemed inexperienced. I think because we were doing a new purchase it was not as familiar as a refy might have been to the folks involved. The back office was asking for a HUD document that doesn’t exist, they were asking for receipts and a handyman’s invoice for a couple of burnt out lightbulbs that the owners changed themselves. We were told at one point that we could not do a closing that was shorter than 60 days which was totally at odds with what Richard had told us.

The broker assigned to me was most helpful and forthcoming with information, and in responding to questions. There were some questions/reservations that I had, and they were ultimately resolved by the assigned broker. I would recommend One Reverse to others.
