Still waiting on piece 1 of 2 for a patio sectional . They initially did not send it, then sent the same “2 of 2” piece. Now it seems like they don’t believe me that I received a duplicate and are playing games with investigating to confirm. Why on earth I would lie about receiving 2 of the same is quite absurd. DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM. Very poor business etiquette and a complete hassle to deal with .

Ordered on December 28th, 2025 and they asked me to confirm address next day. Confirmed address and they “created” a FedEx tracking number. Claimed it would be here no later than January 3, 2026. I’ve been told it was on time and in transit when in fact FedEx doesn’t even have said package. Have filed claim to get refund and of course seller refused/rejected saying item was in transit. I had appealed such bullcrap and showed proof nothing is in transit except for their lies and scams.
