The machine came in super fast. It was packed well with no damage. The driver had a hard time unloading it but he wouldn't give up. He put it where I needed it instead of where I told him to put it. I installed my tube and when I went to make mirror adjustments...it was dead on centered on all three mirrors. Works just as it's supposed to

Great machine. Comes with almost everything you need to get started. Ventilation seems sufficient for cutting at least 1/8" wood, although I would definitely recommend a water chiller in the cooling water if you want to cut continuously. The other upgrade I would make is swapping the flat bed for a honeycomb bed, which would improve cut quality. Works perfectly with lightburn. Although my machine came with a slight damage from shipping, customer support was very helpful and we were able to resolve it quickly. I'd definitely buy from omtech again.
