Our little business took a hit with the down economy and got behind paying our payroll taxes. The IRS put a lien on our company which was extremely stressful. Omni Financial immediately put us at ease and went to work as a go between us and the IRS Agent. They were able to get us set up with a comfortable payment plan and we are back on track. Sometimes you just need help...a lot of help! This is the case with me and the IRS. During the mid 2000's I lost my job, could not get my wife insurance due to a pre existing condition, and our home value went to heck in a hand-basket. I borrowed heavily from my 401K and yes---did not pay the tax as I should have. The penalties were piling up, the letters were piling on. In my own business, I could no longer focus on clients. Doc and his team was very professional and easy to work with. They were on top of our situation the minute they received our information. I respect the fact that we paid for their services but did not have to use them after all and they refunded our money. There was no run around on getting the refund either.
