Good answers that reflect what I was asking. The website needs a few tweaks though to make is user friendly

Amazing and fast customer service. There was an issue with a delivery of my shipment and they responded within minutes and resolved the issue! This company is safe and trustworthy! The gut probiotics saved my health as well! Nothing but good things about this company.

I recently had an issue with a lost-in-transit shipment of subscription probiotics, so I reached out via email to help resolve the problem. Crystal got back to me within a working day and was very helpful. We ended up needing a replacement which she set up to send with quick shipping. Very impressed with my experience, thanks.

My login issue to get report was eventually resolved by Crystal . Few other representative tried but couldn’t help me solve the issue
