Zero customer service, will not return messsges, phone calls or even their own online forms! Ordered in Jan of this year and not only do I not have any product, I don’t have the item ordered and they have my $407! I would NEVER recommend this company or anything associated with it. I truly do not know how they are still operating a business. My husband had a manufacturing company for over 50 years, so I know a thing or two about customer service. This isn’t it, not even a little bit . 😡😡😡😡

I ordered a carbine saddle scabbard in early Feb 2022, full payment cleared a week later, and now it is late Jun 2022 and no goods delivered. I have emailed about the order a few times since, and a call to customer service had to be left on voice mail. If the product is still in the works, can't you just call or email me with an update? I think this is almost as irritating as not receiving the scabbard that has already been paid for. This is not the way to treat a repeat customer. If this doesn't clear it up, I won't be a customer any longer. Reputation.

Can’t figure out how to cancel my order due to over price and slow shipping

So I left a review in November about a holster I had not received. Ordered in august 2021. It’s now June 2022 and still haven’t received my order. Nor even an update unless I leave a bad review. Since my last review left in November I have heard nothing. No replies from emails to Mike. I think I’d just like to get my money back. The Covid excuse is so worn out at this point.

Ordered a holster. Was told it could take up to 60 days. Waited 3 months. no word. Sent emails, no response. Tried to call, left messages, no response. No one answers the phone. it doesn't say anything about Old Trading Post? Just an answering machine. Did I get scammed? Filing a disputed charge with my credit card company.

Submitted an order four months ago. Absolutely no contact, follow up, or communication of any sort. Credit card was billed and that was the end of it. Left messages and attempted emails to no avail. Worst company I've ever dealt with.

There is absolutely no customer service from these people. I received a follow up call about sizing and understood that my order would take several weeks, but after that time passed, I have called, emailed, repeat and nothing. I don't think I am going to get anything for my money.

As of yet NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Do not respond to phone calls or email messages. They will take your money, but will not send the product you order. Not an honest company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
