Everything about the process was positive, transparent. The only thing that was a shock was that, after the home inspection, the amount for company fees and discount (due to "changes" that needed to take place for upgrading the property seemed exorbitant.

I wanted to sell my house fast and for a good price and Offerpad did both those things for me. I had two other cash offer companies come look at my home and Offerpad offered the best price and the repair costs were fair and close to the amounts from the other companies.

From the very first call I made to them, they took great care of us. The offer, their process, everything was great. My husband became very ill in the middle of our sale and they extended our time to accommodate us. They contacted us regularly to check on us and see how he was doing. NO pressure. I would use them anytime I'm buying or selling a house.
