Excellent company to work with. They offered me more then market value and made the entire experience easy and convenient. I highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their home and not have to deal with the process of fixing up the home before you sell it as offerpad will by it as is.

This was an exceptional experience and I will say Sonja who helped us through the entire process is second to none. Having to go through a family emergency while trying to sell our home, she was right there for us all the time. It means a lot to have someone like that who cares about their clients the way she does and help them through the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend her and the offerpad team to anyone.

Great company to work with. Offered me a fair price, my choice of escrow closing dates and timely cooperation as needed. The no cost 3 days after escrow closing occupancy was a God-send and came in very handy at the end. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. Communication was on point, the offer was respectable - they even paid for movers. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.
