We would like to clarify that we were unable to complete delivery because the shipping address provided could not be serviced by the carrier. As a result, the order was cancelled and a full refund was completed. We also provided you with the official bank refund reference number. Since international refunds may require additional processing time between different banks and payment institutions, please contact your bank and provide them with this reference number so they can trace the transaction. The refund may appear in a different settlement currency, such as HKD, because it was processed through an international third-party acquiring bank. This does not mean that the refund was not issued or that the payment was taken by an unrelated company. We would also like to clarify that some of our promotional content may involve influencer partnerships, but this does not mean that all positive customer reviews are paid or fabricated. We would like to clarify that the refund for the two watches was already completed through PayPal in early July. Please check your PayPal transaction history and the original payment account for the refund record. Regarding the watches, our review did not identify a confirmed manufacturing defect. The watches purchased are "mechanical watches", which require regular winding to maintain power and continue running. This is why our support team initially recommended following the winding and time-setting instructions in our tutorial. However, because the watches were difficult for you to operate and the experience did not meet your expectations, we made an exception and issued the refund. The refund was not conditional upon removing your Trustpilot reviews, and there was no intention to mislead or defraud you. Our customer service team has remained in contact regarding this case.
