Previously I had been buying Nutrabio 2 lb can Whey Protein Isolate, item WP12, for $33.99. For my 8/10/2015 order the price had jumped up to $44,99 - a tremendous price increase! If this high price continues I shall be looking for another supplier.

I am upset with the shipping methods, and packing used. The containers came about half way full of powder, which is idiodic because it is a online business. I ordered looking at X grams of material for Y price, not how big the package was. It's a psychological trick to package things like this, but to me it seems like a non sequitur. This is annoying because it drives up shipping costs which are imparted to the consumer thus creating an incentive to order less. It also incentivizes the consumer to choose cheaper methods of shipping which ends up causing the products to degrade. The product ends up more impure than advertised. I ordered some N-acetylcystine, it smelled strongly of sulphur decomposition products (I am a chemist), and it was made only a month before I ordered it. In addition, the unflavored branched chain amino acid powder I ordered did not smell good, it's supposed to notacebly smell like the levo stereoisomer(nice smelling, the nose is chiral), but that was not the case. I will take my business elsewhere because companies like this are a dime a dozen until I find a source that meets my criteria. The didn't put a dessicant in the N-acetylcystine bottle either which is another reason why it decomposed. The use of dessicants are standard operating procedure, and this is an amateur mistake.

I purchased super carb recently after reviewing the claims and doing research as well. Unfortunately I had a strong insulin response that made me go hypoglycemic within one half hour after taking it. My 3 stars are based only on product performance & proper labeling ,there should have been a label warning for HYPOGLYCEMIC'S not to consume this product. No research or labeling indicated any problem spiking insulin leading to potential blood sugar drop....otherwise NUTRABIO has been a very stand up company over the years for me. Their products : alpha-lipoic acid ,NAC ,MSM and others have made living more bearable and recovery from diabetes possible....thanks for pure products.

The quality of the cardboard box was not up to the shipment to Australia for such a large order. The box had disintegrated and had to be taped up along the way.

The label "Made in USA" disappeared from the container. What it can mean? Why not to specify directly the country of origin? Consumers would highly appreciate the accurate and complete information. Caffeine powder -no labeling on the container. Caffeine capsules- "Made in USA". It means that the origin of coffeine included in capsules is hidden. Not a good/decent way for product presentation.

Hello Peter and thank you for leaving us your review. All NutraBio products are manufactured in the United States in our own FDA-registered and FDA-inspected cGMP facility, exceeding FDA 21 CFR Part 111 cGMP regulations. NutraBio is GMP-certified by the New Jersey Department of Health and is certified kosher by the Orthodox Union. One of our quality commitments is that we guarantee a full label disclosure. All of our products are “made in USA”. We recently made some changes to our labels, yes, however that did not affect the quality and pureness of our products. We are not keeping any hidden information from our customers. If a consumer wishes to know the country of origin of a raw material that’s in a product, that information is not withheld. We provide the requested information. Our raw ingredients undergo state-of-the-art analysis to ensure zero tolerance for impurities. Some manufacturers dilute their products with cheap fillers or add chemical excipients to increase their manufacturing efficiency, however we don't!! NutraBio supplements contain only active ingredients (and flavoring if you choose) with absolutely no fillers, excipients, binders, or additives of any kind. Peter, we stand by our products (all of them) and at any time you’re not satisfied with a product let us know and we will issue you a full refund, with no questions asked! So if you’re not satisfied with what you received contact our Customer Service Team at 888-688-7224 and any Customer Service Rep will be able to assist you. You have been a customer with us since 2011 and we appreciate and value you as our customer. Thank you again for leaving your feedback. Nutrabio Customer Service Manager

I've shopped with Nutrabio several times before and have never had any issues.During my last shopping experience I was notified a few days after placing my order that an item was on back-order. However, my credit card was charged (charge posted) for the entire order (#665574). It's already been 2 weeks since I placed the order and it has yet to ship. I've emailed NutraBio customer service and have not heard back. I shop online frequently and this is an unacceptable practice (posting charge before order is shipped). If I don't hear back from NutraBio soon I'll have to resort to reversing the charges to my credit card.

Hello Richard, thank you for contacting NutraBio and leaving your feedback! I apologize that your shopping experience was not so great. I certainly understand your frustration. All orders are charged at the time of order even if something is on backorder. I was able to review your order and I do see that the Panax Ginseng Extract is on backorder. This item has been on backorder for about two week as we are waiting for the raw materials to arrive to us. There was a shortage with some of the raw materials which is what caused the item to be on backorder. The backorder notice that you received via email instructs our customers to give us a call to let us know if you would like the available items shipped ahead and once the backordered item is back in stock we would then ship that to you at no additional cost to you. I was also able to review your email that you sent in to Customer Care and a Customer Service did respond. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are working very hard to get the backordered item back in stock. All of your available items have been shipped to you overnight and once the backordered item is available that will ship overnight to you as well. I have also added a 10% discount to your order as well. To redeem the 10% on your next order give our Customer Service team a call at 888-688-7224 and any Customer Service rep will be able to assist you. There are notes in your account that will instruct the rep as to be what needs to be done. Richard, thank you again for leaving your feedback. I hope that this incident will not deter you from shopping with us again in the near future! We appreciate your feedback and loyalty with NutraBio.

Hello Robert and thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you've experienced problems with our protein being on backorder. I know this is extremely frustrating. We are working hard to ensure that this backorder problem does not continue. We just recently expanded our manufacturing facility and believe we have rectified this issue. We will be able to produce larger quantities of our product. I was able to review your order and see that you cancelled the concentrate and replaced it with the isolate, which was a great choice. Please know that we are working very hard to get our backorder situation fixed. I apologize for this inconvenience and thank you again for your feedback. I will also be in contact with you directly to discuss further. Happy Holidays!! NutraBio Customer Care Manager
