Customer Service over the phone is what kept me moving forward. It took a while to determine the relevant information from a letter from FLHSMV concerning an out of state moving violation which referenced a different citation number. Dianne walked me through the registration process and was very helpful. I liked having the ability to review the material on successive days and to be able to review specific modules before taking the exam with success on the first try. Thank you for a well structured presentation.

Great test touches on ever subject On defensive driving I like the fact that it doesn't have voice recognition you just have to call and get a pin or if you have a cell phone they'll text it to you I would Recommend to anyone who wants to take a defensive driving course Do not take from the other ones Thanks to them will get 10% off insurance.Good price!

Took the online course with NTSI. It was very seamless and comprehensive. Well detailed even to the minute things and due to my workload at work, I was able to space it as convenient for me and finished within a week. I’m glad I didn’t have to deal with the pressure of completing the course within hours. Very convenient especially if you have great workload
