Neal & Teri came through and got my company funded for an investment property after MANY hurdles. They both are very available (I must have text some nights as late as 10 pm) and they are very responsive. I must say, they don't give up and they WILL find a way. I am now a loyal client after my first experience and I am sorry for being such a pain in the a**. Thank you, Neal & Teri!!!

Awe...we forgive you for being a pain in the a** :o) You were a tough one to get done---completely get that you would feel frustrated, but you're right, we don't give up until we have exhausted all our options. Super happy we were able to get you the loan you needed. Let's hope the next one is a lot easier! Teri & Neal

I work for the largest Builder in the US. The customer service and professionalism of this team left such a positive impact on me that I have referred several people to this company. Their loan program is exemplary at best. Allowing buyers who would be deemed challenging in the traditional market to have an opportunity to purchase their home for investment properties.

Awe, we're blushing over here!! Thank YOU Meisha!! Challenging Situations Are Our Specialty!! Keep sending them our way Teri & Neal

After wasting months of my time with 3 other lender to do cash out refinancing, I finally got it done with help of Teri and Neil. They are always available to answer promptly all the questions. When lender wanted to backed out of the deal, they pushed really hard to make it happened. They also know how to handle financing for Canadians. Fully deserved 5 stars!

That's what we're supposed to do. Doesn't always work that way, but it's the goal every time! Thanks Greg! Teri & Neal

Neal and Teri did a great job facilitating my loan. They spoke directly to the old lender, bought extra time to close the deal and despite having a lower than expected appraisal, we got it done the day before the drop dead date. Way to go guys.

Man O Man Ezell! That was definitely a Hail Mary Pass if we ever saw one. Hahaha! We were elated to be able to get you out of that old high interest short-term loan and into a long term fixed rate loan. You should be breathing a sigh of relief for a while. Teri & Neal
