Didn't even last 2 weeks with these guys before switching. The customer service here is so bad it makes Comcast look like gods. Go with Ollie or farmers dog. Great customer service and no nonsense of chasing your order down.

I have been using this dog food for about two years. I have two dogs and they split 400 grams twice a day (200 grams each meal). My dogs love the food but the packages are consistently short. I have received both 1) not enough packages of food and 2) not enough grams of food in each package. #2 happens every week on almost 50% of the packages. My dogs notice it…one of them picks up the bowl and throws it across the room. I’ve called and complained about this so many times, and they offer me a 15-25% discount on my next shipment but never fix the problem. The discount is worthless when I am being shorted equivalent to that amount. Today the package was 278 grams instead of 400 grams and that’s the last straw for me, I am cancelling my subscription.

Sent this company an email requesting information on the synthetic chemicals they use in their food. They only indicated to check the ingredients on their site. I did that which is how I saw the chemicals included. I called and nobody was able to tell me why and in addition, they were incredibly rude. Any company that can’t or won’t answer questions about their own product is a huge red flag. Stay far away!

Horrible customer service and lack of flexibility when needing to change/cancel delivery and request a refund. Food quality is poor and packaging even worse. Waste of money. Much better offerings out there. Stay away!

Horrible customer service. Had an issue and need to travel for family related item. Called them and explained that I needed to postpone or cancel. They confirmed item was not shipped and refused to defer the delivery. Horrible company. Food is below average. Much better choices out there.

My baby havapoo was on it and got really sick on it. Would never recommend it for any dog.
