NOMATICReviews of nomatic.com

gorgeous. marvellous. great work. you know, people are not stupid, see all the comments for Nomatic here, great majority says it s awesome. because it is awesome: the quality of their product and the quality of their services. i can count with one hand the number of companies who perform that well

Fabulous products, great people! My first Nomatic experience was their tiny but efficient wallet. Years later it is still invisible in my pocket every day. Then I discovered the 40ltr Travel Bag, which was perfect for up to a week travel. It's a bag or a large back pack as you wish. Love the practical touches like the shoe section, removable laundry bag and safe laptop and tablet pockets. We have shared many hotel rooms and even more miles. Then came the Travel Pack, made from the same quality materials. This is a very practical day use back pack with all the compartments you need for your tech and all your other daily things. Also includes cable pass throughs between compartments to allow you to connect your power pack to your phone in its soft protective pouch. It's hidden secret is that it expands and has an extra zip to a clothing section, which makes it a perfect overnight or even a weekend bag. Very lightweight but with heavyweight efficiency. Finally, I bought the messenger bag which changes from a shoulder bag to a briefcase instantly with the quick click magnetic shoulder strap. This bag is a perfect workaday bag that could also be used as a camera bag if that is your thing. Would also recommend the compartmentalised toiletry bag, which compliments all of the above. I have only had one issue, which was a burst zip on the travel pack. Online warranty claim against their lifetime guarantee. Reply from Brie then a few days later, new messenger bag? Write back to Brie, big apology, new travel pack sent right away. I asked if I should return the messenger bag, to be told that I should keep it with their compliments. Fabulous products, great people. Steve B

Amazing products and support. The 40L bags is all what I needed for my nomad life. Strong materials, great space and distribution of pockets, I just love it. The wallet is also beautiful and minimalist, no more giant wallets in my jeans. The shipment and tracking was really good, thank you for all nomatic!

After spending years trying plenty of bagpacks, I bought the travel pack a couple years ago. Nomatic succeeded at providing high quality bagpack, efficiently packing all my tech stuff and separately provide space for clothes and all I need for a few days trip. The bag stayed in perfect shape even after enduring dozens of often overpacked travels. And after 2 years, a zipper broke. Thanks to the lifetime warranty Nomatic sent a replacement bag within days... I can honnestly say the support is in as good as their product.

Nomatic has the best products on the market! They're top quality in creation, they're flexible in usage for every person and always on top of communication with your orders. I've searched for years for the perfect camera, travel and general organization tools and no one can top Nomatic.

I truly couldn't write a more glowing review of Nomatic. I ordered my Travel Pack a couple of years ago and have used it daily since. Indeed, pre-Covid I was constantly travelling around the world with work and my bag was the perfect travel companion. I LOVE it. Sadly a couple of weeks back I had a problem with one of the zips, and so I contacted Nomatic given the lifetime warranty. With the minimum of hassle, they sent me a replacement item - the newer updated model in fact. :-) Brie and Emerson in the Customer Operations team truly couldn't have been any more responsive, helpful or efficient. I was a big Nomatic fan before - but this recent experience has taken it to new levels. I can't recommend their products or the customer service highly enough.

First Time Customer.... And I'm highly impressed! I ordered some items and forgot to use my discount code I reached out to Nomatic and thier Team asking if I should cancel my order and reorder? Minutes later they responded stating refund credit of 10% has been issued. Wow!! Just Wow! Quick and easy professional. Thank you Brie you are awesome!! Raul

I bought the 1st generation messenger bag via kickstarter. A bit of initial hiccups to my kickstarter order/delivery but sorted out by Nomatic's customer support. This is the only bag that really satisfied my needs despite some minor quirks (thin handle, tight fitting laptop compartment for my surface book 2 and thin padded shoulder pad). Now, i lodged a complain to Nomatic on the rivet of the handle which is tilted and peeling of the surface of the shoulder pad. Nomatic immediately responded and is now processing my warranty claim even though im from Malaysia. Tqvm. Hope to get the warranty claim sorted out soon.
