Best travel bag ever! The wheels roll so effortlessly despite the weight it carries. It fits perfectly into the overhead bin as well.

I consider myself a road warrior and I travel a lot domestically and internationally. I own several backpacks from Nomatic and have gifted some to many of my friends. Their customer service is exemplary and their products top quality.

A few of my partners recommended and own a Nomatic. This is my first purchase of a Nomatic Travel Pack and I absolutely love it. I need a versatile bag for my job and this definitely fits the bill. The first day I used it the "waterproof" capabilities were put to the test. I've always used Burton bags but this pack is my new favorite.

There were some shipping issues that occurred due to international shipping and manufacturing delays but the customer support team went out of their way to first resend and shipment and then when that bounced back again, they refunded the order. They were super understanding and accommodated due to the delays manufacturing and cross border shipping caused.

Be far one of the best customer support I've ever dealt with. Super responsive and accommodating, even when I gave them the wrong address by mistake.

Honest one of the best companies to work with! Had a shipping problem and they got on it right away <3 Amazing customer service aka Brie ;) please give her a raise as she was incredibly helpful. Bonus: The quality and design are through the room!!! So happy to have the backpack and other accessories with it :) HUGE FAN!! Don't hesitate just buy 100%
