Sam Fash is about the 10th support person to help me with my issue. In the end he was able to fix my problem he was patient and stayed in touch until my problem was resolved. My concern is why does this keep happening

Sam Fash was super helpful. I think most of the issues were outside his control. Their documentation and procedures are incorrect. I activated the account per instructions but Sam had to finish the activation. The support contact info is not helpful. Finally reached Sam through WhatsApp. The internet is now working great.
