This company is terribly unreliable and their customer service is not good either. My shoes have been lost in transit for a month and they won't reply to my messages. Brutal

Agreed with all of the below reviews. they are trash. It's been days and they are "having issues refunding PayPal orders". never again

Total Bull! I ordered a pair of trainers in August and haven't seen them. I have tried contacting them several times with no reply. They are a con don't waste your money!!!

Scam alert. I ordered runners 6 weeks ago and today a cheap scarf which I did not order arrived from China. I have sent numerous emails to the customer service team and the emails bounce back with no address known. Stay away!!

Bought shoes from Nobullshoeuk.com. Looks like a legit Nobull site selling discounted out of season gear but alas I think it’s actually a scam. No shoes have arrived despite waiting over the 15 business days the website advises is the maximum wait time (and is considered “fast delivery” according to the site). I’ve emailed customer services - no response. I’ve emailed the team email that processed the payment - no response. Thankfully I paid with a credit card so will be contacting the card company now to claim back the refund. I don’t know if this site is officially sanctioned to operate from Nobull project themselves, but they are either not overseeing this properly or are failing to take steps to stop an illegal scam site using their name and are therefore complicit in this disaster! You can see from the reviews I’m not the only one that’s in this position.

The are a scam. I ordered and received the shoes. I didn't like them and returned them according to their return policy. They validified they were returned and sent me verification as such. I have not received the refund. They kept replying the refund was being processed. Now they just don't reply.

Another fraudster site: nobullprojectcanada Same comment as others: payment processed then no confirmation or any communication. Server is located in Kuala Lumpur, owner Alibaba Singapore. Asked for refund from paypal through the resolution center.
