I only have had my shoes for less than a month and one of the loops holding the laces came apart from the sneaker. Although very frustrating, this company lives up to their warranty and without hesitation put a new replacement pair in the mail for me. That act has made me a customer for life and would highly recommend. On a side note, love the sneakers. Very comfortable for my Cross Fit training
