Website is difficult to log into

How can you not give your customers access to their balance online? Feels like a scam. I mean it is a scam but extra scammy.

I didn't want the loan before they approved it i cancelled it the same day that i applied but they did anyway so am trying to gave the money back but am getting any results they keep telling me to call the number no results there so if i don't get any results am not going to be responsible for the loan so if i don't get any results i will be calling the bureau it was a very bad experience for me

Customer service representative are not very pleasant no bed side manner. And as for the loan there’s not enough information as to being able to pay off early. I shouldn’t have to wait until the loan hit my account to know if I can pay off early

Nothing happened, I did the paperwork and never heard another word.
