I would have given 5 stars but set up system was quite problematic. Once the initial setup was done it has been very user friendly

I really love the ease of getting my Tirzepatide refills and the low cost. However, I have wanted to add DHEA and some other things to my order and that has not gone as well. I have been sent the link to the store several times and when I click on it, it takes me to my current order and not other products. I found that frustrating.

Very responsive and product was shipped on time. My only concern was pricing. What I thought was an annal prescription turned out to be a 6 month prescription.

I love that they get my to me quick. Very easy to use and deal with . I would like to have the option to change from a 3 month plan to a longer plan but I have not found a way to get that done .
