I travel a lot in my role, and so have used a few different platforms in my previous companies for booking flights etc. Navan is by far the most user friendly and intuitive I have used - the support team are also super if I've every had any issues or queries. I'm keen for my new company to onboard Navan now, using a different tool I appreciate how easy Navan was to use.

I have used Navan for several work trip now and it has been a great pleasure to use. Having used various booking systems at other companies I can confidently say that Navan is far superior. It’s easy to use interface and great customer service allowed me to quickly and effortlessly book my flight and the seat I want as well as easily change my flight and hotel stay when I had a change of plans. I love that it shows what hotels and flights other coworkers have booked so we can try to all plan together for the same trip.

Navan makes booking travel and submitting expenses the easiest part of my trips. It is so easy to find the options I'm looking for and all I need to do to submit expenses is swipe my card and scan my receipt.

I really enjoy getting rewarded by spending consciously. If I save my company money I get money back towards my personal travel 😍 I appreciate how easy it is to update my loyalty programs and never have to add them again… the support team is really fast and very easy to understand when there are complex issues. All in all I’m so glad I get to use the tool compared to concur and anything else I’ve used over the years. Keep up the good work.

Don’t really understand why people complain so much on here: I’ve used Navan since it was TripActions. They havegood pricing (almost always equal to what you get directly with the airlines), I’ve never waited longer than 2 minutes for an agent and their expense tool means I don’t have to wait for payroll to get reimbursed
