Truly amazing. Thanks to the staff's friendly and prompt response. They quickly understood my needs and provided a clear solution, which immediately put my mind at ease. What stood out the most was their attention to detail. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, ensuring that I wouldn't face any inconvenience. I have been an Exec Asst for 15 years and Ive used a multitude of platforms for travel. When I tell you this platform is HANDS DOWN the best Ive used, I mean it. It is quite intuitive, so easy to manage (especially when you have lots of travelers or in my case, juggling multiple clients with multiple employees!), great UX, great UI and when and if you have an issue, their customer service is available by chat 24/7 and they do the heavy lifting to fix or find alternative travel options. I could not be happier with their portal :)

Book our work plane ticket through Navan, it was awesome. No problem. Plane flight's we where on, everyone was so friendly. I receive my work e mail! It just a great way to commuciate!!

It was a great experience with Navan. We can get bonuses for ourselves while saving money for the company. The hotel search was great, but the car rental search could have been better. We are able to gain points with our personal memberships as well, which is very convinient.
