I was originally a customer of Frantech, then I was switched over to NameCrane. It was very easy to renew my plan, buy other plans, and even upgrade them. I was able to use a variety of crypto currencies, and I was able to utilize a bunch of tools when creating my websites. My only suggestion, is using a 3rd party provider for the databases, I had a little problem with db corruption.

I had an issue whilst managing my CraneMail service which lead to the unexpected deletion of a whole email domain, resulting in catastrophic data loss. Francisco picked the problem up less than a minute after being notified (not even directly) and had the whole service restored with a full data recovery in under 15 minutes.
