So I purchased the synergy 18x33 pool from Namco in the fall of 2020 for a spring 2021 install. Due to Covid we were afraid we wouldn’t get the pool installed in time for 2021 . Had no issues at all. Purchased from the Manchester Ct. store. Conner was a pleasure to deal with. They called me in March 2021 that the pool was ready for delivery but I was under another project and asked for an April delivery. No problem. Pool was delivered with no issues. No broken parts no missing parts. Now this is where it went south. Namco only has 1 qualified pool installer in the area of NY where I live. They should have additional resources, not just one. This company were only interested in getting in and out. They scratched several of my pool products . No regard for the customer. I would absolutely recommend Namco and the Synergy pool but the install team was terrible and would never use them again.

I could not reset my password to log. The captcha was very hard to read and I couldn't do it so I ordered as a guest when I already have an account.
