Communication was good. The charges could be explained better. Able to get all the required documentation done by phone. Did not need an intrusive inspection, survey or appraisal. But there is a level of stress, or doubt, that will remain until I hear about the final completion in three to four weeks. Also, it seems like the actual payoff cost is undefined exactly.
