I ordered a case for a galaxy S20 ultra and got a case for a regular S20 not the Ultra it does not fit the camera opening is different,its not gonna work.

I was careless when I ordered an iPhone 16 pro defender case with a holster. I had googled Otterbox Defender and had not noticed that the picture on myphonecase.com did not show “Otterbox” on the product and did not notice that the description did not say that it was an Otterbox product. I have attempted to contact myphonecase by email 3 times and they have not responded. I tried calling and the phone number does not go through to anyone, it just hangs up on me. So, buyer beware. Do not expect any customer service. Be sure you want what you order. Do not expect to be able to return anything. And I feel the name of the product is deceptive.

The phone case is a nice looking case, but it is bulky, and with having to unscrew it to put phone in and out, it’s a bit of a hassle that I didn’t anticipate. Shipping was really slow as well.

Put in order. Received order the following month. Case arrived again and the packaging and all basically saying it's the right case,well for the phone it was but not for my button at the top. Got tired of waiting for it to be delivered so definitely wasn't sending Back and waiting another month for arrival or longer.

Didn't fit very good.

Not impressed with strap on the back as it is to flimsy and doesn't hold the phone up like shown in pictures.
