We’ve requested your details to help with your order. Please note that our test is digital, so you won’t receive a physical testing kit. You should check your emails from us for information on activating your test online. Once your test is activated, you’ll simply need to send your fur sample to our lab for testing. If you haven’t received any emails from us, please check your spam or promotions folder, or let us know so we can assist further.

Thank you for your email and for sharing your experience. I wanted to clarify that we received your dog’s sample on 19 December, and the results were issued on 22 December. Our standard turnaround time is 3–5 working days, and this is displayed on our website. Please note that the lab does not operate over weekends, so this timeframe applies to business days only. We understand that delays in receiving results can be frustrating, but once the sample is with the lab, the process is completed within the published timeframe. Unfortunately, we do not have control over postal services, so any delays in mail delivery are beyond our control. Regarding the $9.99 charge, every health test includes 1 month of free access to our 24/7 Vetline subscription. After the first month, it continues with a monthly charge unless cancelled. This is outlined during the purchase process, and the subscription can either be removed at checkout or cancelled at any time. You should have also received a welcome email with your username and password to help you get started. We’re always happy to support our customers via email and aim to respond as quickly as possible.
