Gardyn is an incredible asset to the lives of myself and my family, including our two dogs! We engage in discussions about what seedlings to order, which lettuces we prefer, what flowers look best, etc. This is our 2nd device and I appreciate all of the improvements also!
Response from Gardyn· Sep 15, 2026
What a joy to picture your whole family, pups included, gathered around deciding which seedlings and lettuces to grow next! 💚 That is exactly the kind of connection we hope Gardyn sparks in a home. We are so grateful you added a second device to the family and that the improvements have not gone unnoticed. Here is to many more shared harvests and happy discussions ahead. Happy Gardyning! 🌱

First of all we love our Gardyn. We bought one for our mother at first and she loved it so much one day we got one in the mail from her. Their customer service really took the time to iron out a couple problems as I pay for my moms membership and she pays for mine and the system seemed to confuse the two.. Once I was able to get someone on the phone (Jenny) she worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. If youre on the fence about this product take the plunge you wont regret it.. Oh and BTW - we love having constant veggies growing and knowing there pesticide free makes us feel great about our 4yr old daughter eating everything that comes off of it!!

What a heartwarming story, one Gardyn for mom that turned into a surprise Gardyn for you! 💚 We are so glad Jenny could untangle the membership mix-up and stick with you until it was fully sorted. We will be sure to pass along your kind words, she will love hearing this. And knowing your 4 year old is happily eating fresh, pesticide free veggies straight from your Gardyn is exactly the joy we hope to bring to every family. Thank you for taking the plunge and for sharing your story with us. Happy Gardyning! 🌱

Amazing product! We’ve had nonstop veggies and peppers for almost a year now. The subscription is super convenient. You have assistance and support every step of the way. Also if your pods don’t sprout customer service refunds or resends you pods.
