I’m very happy with my Gardyn. I’ve had very few issues, but when I do I find their customer service very responsive. My favorite thing is my little boys picking things off the Gardyn to eat. I have so many peas right now, it’s fantastic! I garden a lot outside, but I love this controlled indoor environment for year round growing.

GARDYN IS THE GREATEST! Honestly, this has been the best purchase I've made. As someone with a chronic "black thumb" who lives in a concrete jungle, I gave up on having my own edible garden. However, this device makes it so easy especially with the "Kelby" assistant. I've been eating fresh greens year-round from my LIVING ROOM. SO COOL. And seriously, homegrown greens taste way better than what's in the standard grocery store. Finally, Gardyn's customer service is spot-on. They respond quickly to both emails and Facebook comments in the Gardyners group (which is a huge bonus itself-- the group is so positive and fun). If you're on the fence about making this purchase, don't be. You won't regret it.

I am thoroughly enjoying my Gardyn. If you learn how to use all the support features on the Gardyn app you can get 99% of your questions answered 24 hours a day! I have had very little need to contact Gardyn Support directly because when I follow all the recommendations set forth in the support section of the app I have tremendous success! When I DO reach out to support, my questions or concerns are addressed within a day or 2 and so far I have been happy with all resolution of concerns. I am notoriously a “plant killer” and so the fact that I am now growing greens for my family at a rate faster than we can eat them....INDOORS....year round...in ALASKA...with no messy dirt makes me super super happy!

I love my Gardyn! I’ve always wanted to have a garden but I’m so bad at keeping plants alive. With Gardyn all the guesswork is taken care of by Kelby (the AI powering the Gardyn). Now gardening (Gardyning) is super easy and convenient. Best of all, my family always has fresh delicious produce.

I’m so surprised to see so many low stared reviews! I have a great experience. I mainly grow leafy vegetables, one tomato plant and two peppers. I’m so happy to be able to eat so many green salads day after day, all greens from the gardyn. I don’t have to wash them, treat them with any pesticides or other toxic chemicals. Tomatoes are so beautiful and growing more like grapes, bundles of them, an eye pleaser (I wish I could add the photos of them). Recommend buying, I live in Chicago area and had my own greens entire winter and spring. Thank you Gardyn.

I love my gardyn its the best purchase I've made in a long time also they have the best customer service and I dont say that about alot of companies but they are so friendly and get back to you right away with any problems you are having and helpful advice. 10 out of 10 would definitely buy again. Honestly wish I had space for a second one cause I would probably buy a second.

I love my Gardyn we’re 3 months in and enjoying multiple salads a week from it. Tomatoes and peppers are flowering and I have a couple of green tomatoes ripening. It’s exciting to go look at it every morning and see how things have grown. We are finding new ways to cook and use our herbs. Made homemade mint ice cream with mint we had growing, so yummy! If you keep up with it cleanings are easy. I do it every 2 weeks because I have strawberries growing. Using a waterpik to blast away algae in each cup area and wipe rinse out basin it’s very easy and pretty quick. They are responsive if you have a question. The subscription is nice especially when starting out but it’s also totally possible to do it without if you want to. It also looks very nice and takes up so little space!

A shout out to the people at Gardyn. My Gardyn became overrun with pests. After battling white flies and aphids for a month I decided to just start over. We had three months of good produce. This infestation was a result of Gardyn living in our greenhouse and me not keeping a constant eye on it. I performed a deep clean and had Gardyn sitting on the patio drying. We had an extremely severe windstorm. The windstorm knocked Gardyn over and broke a bunch of parts. I thought my error, hopefully I can order replacement parts. I contacted support, sent pictures of the damaged parts, and two days later the broken parts arrived free of charge. Wow, what great customer service! Anyhow, we are back up and growing veggies. Thank you to the support team at Gardyn!
