The technicians were very professional and understanding. They were thorough without being condescending. We are very pleased with the results. We now have "high speed" computers again.

I felt so much at ease following Jason's and Brent's work on my otherwise botched machine and wonder why I hadn't entered into that phase of of work much, much earlier.
