I ordered a bottle, a dog bowl and the lemon 🍋 cleaning bag. I only received the cleaning bag. I wrote 2 x that I didn’t receive what I ordered. Was looking forward to it. Now it’s 6 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. I advise: don’t pay for receiving nothing.

È 1 mese e mezzo che il tracking della mia borraccia pagata è fermo al 25 agosto, data prevista per la consegna mai arrivata. Ho chiesto piú volte l'aggiornamento del tracking e non lo mandano. Se anche questa mail di oggi andrà a vuoto sarò costretta a procedere legalmente.

Ho acquistato le borracce, e devo ammettere che sono molto belle. I tempi di consegna sono molto lunghi...ho scritto varie mail perché sospettavo una truffa. Ho scritto le mie osservazioni direttamente alla ditta.

Wenn es null Sterne geben würde, hätte ich die Null vergeben. Hab am 29.07. bestellt. Ware ist nie gekommen. Auf die ersten Anfragen wurde ja vertröstend geantwortet, aber dann kam nichts mehr. Hab jetzt mein Geld zurückgefordert. Schade , hätte gerne die angepriesene Ware gehabt.

Absoluter Betrug, Bezahlt, keine Ware erhalten, diverse Emails geschrieben wo die Ware bleibt, wurde immer ihngehalten und letztendlich keine Ware erhalten.

Betrug!!!! ich habe am 15.08.2026 bestellt und am 17.08. einen Versandstatus erhalten. Seither bewegt such nichts am Status meiner Bestellung. Auf mehreren Nachfragen hin antwortet mir der Kundenservice zunächst mehrmals, dass sie Produktion sich verzogen hätte (dann war der Versandstatus vom 17.08. ja gelogen). Danach wurde ich ständig vertröstet. Als ich eine Frist setzte und ermahnte, dass ich nach Ende der Ftist rechtliche Schritte einleiten werde, ignorierte man mich komplett. Als die Frist vorbei war und ich eine letzte Chance zur Rückzahlung des vollen Betrages verlange, schickte man mir einen angeblichen Versandstatus vom selben Tag meiner Rückzahlungsaufforderung. Heute bekomme ich eine Mail mit einem angeblich aktuellen Versandstatus. Klicke ich den Button an, ist der Status noch immer vom 17.08.!!!!!! Die Schild wird auf den Kurierdienst geschoben, dieser würde seinen Status nicht aktualisieren. Ein Betrug vom Feinsten
