The chain appears to be of great quality and the time from order until delivery was acceptable, but not fast. I will definitely consider shopping at Murphy's in the future.

There's a lot of specific stuff here that I haven't seen before. And it came in handy for me. Cool.

I liked the process the delivery time I thought was good

Good product and fast shipping. Would have gave 5 stars but order was not complete. They missed the bolt on hold downs for the trailer D rings. Sent them a Email on Thanksgiving and I got my hold downs on 12/04/20.so everything worked out. Very good American made product

Ok - got reply about a back order idem finally, products now on the way.

There was an initial glitch with my order but was resolved quickly with one phone call: and that is how you create customer loyalty. Thank you. I would continue to use this company.

Good AMERICAN Made Products

The good: Easily navigated website, easy ordering. Very quick shipment, but they unfortunately sent the wrong item in my order. An email to them was replied to the next day by a real person, who I called and they arranged a refund of the difference in prices. The bad: got multiple marketing emails that seemed like duplicates (software bug?). All in all, will probably buy from Murphy again. I appreciate their efforts at real customer service.
