This group is amazing. They have some of the best costumer service I've seen in a long time. When ever I have an issue they have fixed it asap. And they are very professional. I'd recommend them for anything server related. I'm never using someone else after this experience.

I've been with this service provider for over 6 years now for both voip and game servers they are the best in the market for hosting and I'm nothing but pleased with their services their support system can be frustrating but they always redeem themselves with exceptional service I'm happy to recommend them as they are a service you can rely upon and are very understanding when it comes to knowing what you as a customer wants. The support are friendly and inviting and really care about their customers.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the support staff over at Multiplay Gameservers! The staff are incredibly helpful and always courteous! I've had questions about server options, and the staff have taken the time to guide me through every step of the process. Just this morning I put in a ticket and it was resolved within minutes! Incredible support, incredible staff! A+++

I recently bought a dedicated server for Starbound from multiplaygameservers and sent in a support ticket to ask for help with an issue I was having. They got back to me shortly and were able to help me with my problem. Setting up servers can be really stressful, but I didn't really have to worry about anything because I knew that I would hear back from the support staff at lightning speed with advice, and get help with it. Luckily they seem to be available at all hours of the night because I was up very late tonight trying to figure out how to set this all up. Now I can just sit back and enjoy myself. :)

Great Servers and excellent support. Since Renting a server from Multiplay I have no issues and absolutely no lag on the server compared to the issues with lag I had on the previous provider I was with. When I opened a ticket to edit something within the server I received a quick and friendly reply answering my question and asking if I needed any further help.
