The product is great. The company not so much! I’ve ordered a couple of mats and would like to order another. However I’ve been plagued by emails from them offering me deals if I sign up to SMS etc etc. I’ve done all that but no deals have been forthcoming. Not even 10% off my first order!! I HATE dishonesty in companies and this company seems more dishonest than most. Avoid.

I ordered the muddy mat on 11/26/24. The online ad stated order shipped within hours. We paid extra for Express Delivery. It is now 11/28/24 and our order has not been shipped. I sent three emails inquiring about our order and all went unanswered. I called and got the runaround. This is poor customer service and false advertisement.

I have no idea if the rugs are any good because I am still receiving idiot emails from their incompetent customer service department, 13 emails so far, I have given explicit instructions to send only what I ordered and they keep trying to get me to agree to extra add on purchases, this company is a complete scam run by morons

Steer clear of this website. It is a knock off. They advertise one price and then charge you shipping regardless. You can buy muddy mats at Amazon and I wish I had. They have constant add ons and I chose to get anti slip rug holds for 1.99 - it gave them to me for all my rugs totally $23. I hope I get my order but this is not an honest or direct site.

The rugs are hideous and they don't work. Trying to return them, but they will not respond to my emails. I should have realized the kind of company they were based on the scammy look/feel of their website. Do not recommend.

Website says free shipping within 4 days. After 2 weeks I’ve yet to receive my rugs. Invalid tracking number on the email they sent last week. Called today and she said it hasn’t shipped yet? English wasn’t very good so I never understood the runaround. Supposed to get new email and tracking number, never appeared. I’m still waiting and wondering if I made a mistake ordering from this company that doesn’t seem very reliable. So far I’m not impressed with muddymats.

While the product rugs seem to be working, I am extremely disappointed in their customer service. I just purchased two rugs off of Amazon from this company and they are advertising buy two and get one free. I called the company to say I never got the third rug. They said because I bought it through Amazon and not them directly that they won’t support their promise of purchasing two and get the third free. This makes no sense to me and it’s extremely frustrating that while they allow, other sites to sell their merchandise they won’t follow through with any special offer that they have guaranteed. Extremely disappointed with the rudeness of the woman from Customer Service and the disregard for customers purchasing their products.

Had my rugs for one year and the backing is coming off in my washer. Called customer service and was told they could not do anything because it was past the 60 day return policy. Would not recommend this product to anyone.
