It is a sturdy rug, but they hold sticky urine smell. Even after washing and spraying, the smell doesn't go away. I have 3 total. Feel like I lost $ on this.

The products are awesome when you finally receive them. The customer service is awful. They do not reply to email, cannot reach a customer service agent. After I filed a Pay Pay complaint, I finally received an email with response and tracking. But…….. the products do work and work well.

The color of my rugs, were NOT as pictured. My first batch that we received had too much blue in them, instead of Grey. This replacement order , these are too dark. Much darker then showed. Im very unhappy with this purchase!

The ordering process is sketchy....you do not receive a review of the order before checking out and items were added I did not approve of. If you take their survey to receive a free gift...... it will cost you $9.99....a supposed handling fee...so beware!! Who charges a $9.99 handling fee for a free gift that isn't even worth that much?

10 December I ordered some mats. The website did not confirm the order, so I redid it, then discovered a duplicate order. I emailed immediately asking for one order to be cancelled but the company refused, saying to refer to returns policy. Two packages arrived 17 December. I reviewed the website, there was NO section about returns. I emailed them asking for help. I have since emailed THREE more times. I have had no response, no acknowledgement. The mats are fab and wash well. But the service?? I have a fully packaged pack of mats for return, I can ill afford to be out of pocket, but Muddy Mats has ghosted me.

At the end of my buy two get one free order ($59) up popped something that said order one more for a great discount. HA! Took my money ($27) without letting me choose the size or color. Apparently it was the small size and grey but they never sent it. Not only was this NOT a good deal, they never sent it. Took six emails over two weeks before I got one response. Never again. Not worth the hassle.

I had super high hopes for these mats, bought 3 including the huge one. Have one on the door step coming in, the huge one inside, and my floors are still a disaster. I have to clean their feet before they come in, the mat didn't help any more than the regular mats I was using before these.
