Non-slip Rug? This 76 yr old grandmother slip on this rug. My face has so may bruises where I hit my head/face.

I order my mats on 1.19.2025, emailed on 2.23.2025 with NO response. Called and was told within 3 days my order would ship via Amazon. Called today 3.5.2025 to get a refund of my $135.00 order. They offered a discount but still haven't even given me an ETA or guaranteed tracking number. It's unfortunate you can't give zero stars.

What a crock! The muddy mat does absolutely nothing more or different than any other rug/mat. I have 3 house dogs and when they come inside after walking on the muddy mat after being on the wet ground, they still have wet paws and I still have to use a rag to dry their feet. Where are the consumer watchdogs for this BS??? It cost me $20 to find out that it's just another rug, and a very ugly rug at that.

Super slimey company. Zero customer service. Beware when ordering (after putting in your PayPal info) they will try to offer all kinds of "deals". These "deals" will total more than your actual order. You will not have an oppertunity to go back, or to review your order when paying with PayPal. They will charge your card for a bunch of money with no option to approve the total. I made a $49 order and was charged an extra $79 on supposedly a $16 matt, a $1.99 stopper and a "free" pair of rubber gloves. I imediately emailed their customer service and asked to cancel the order (within minutes of ordering). The company gave me a 10 parapgraph automated reaponse about they will place my order on hold until I decide to go through with it. I asked them to cancel my order THREE TIMES. They continued to "place my order on hold" instead of canceling. They shipped my order anyways. I have never seen such poor customer service. This company SCREAMS slimey scam business. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING.

I bought the dog 2 beds. Unfortunately they are to small. You have to jump thru hoops to try and get your money back. Come to find out you also have to pay shipping about $60-70! I will not recommend this company!

Ordered three weeks ago , order never shipped then told out of stock after I chased , then again waited another week order not shipped chased again and the new item was also out of stock told me days later after I chased. I won’t be bothering ordering again asked for a refund will advise if it I get the refund !

This company is clueless! I assume they are relatively small and will want to attract customers? They are certainly going the wrong way about it! I ordered what appears to be a teal colour on their website. It arrived a rather vivid shade of light blue so I immediately asked to swap it for beige. This,was a fortnight ago. Communication is diabolical! When I do get them, they are generic responses that don't match my query. I think they employ delaying tactics wanting photos of the product, which required me to fully unpack it, unnecessarily! (They knew it had only arrived that day.) Then photos of paperwork with order no and dispatch details - WHY? Surely they know that? Is it all delaying tactics? Originally I asked to swap, now I have given up and just want a refund. No responses,ar all despite me telling them that I will comment on my experiences on their FB pages and now here. New customers need to know. Nothing seems to get me any means of hiw I return this product and get the refund owed to me. I suggest potential new customers consider all of this before ordering. Clearly it's not just me who is experiencing problems with them!

I received the wrong color. Emailed them multiple times and commented on their Instagram posts. Never heard back.
