Total scam! Don’t purchase. Placed order 12/1. Never received shipping info. Tried to contact them via email and phone, no response. Will be disputing my charges.

I have 2 Muddy Mat large dog beds and the dogs love them. I needed a new cover because my puppies chewed one. It was shipped and that’s when trouble started. It was supposed to be delivered 3 times and keeps getting returned to warehouse. There is no problem here. My driveway is clear my sidewalk is shoveled. I have called 5 times and no one answers. I let it ring for 10 minutes. Emailed them with no reply. I need to know where my order is. It’s been 9 days.

Made my purchase on Nov 30, received confirmation of purchase and money was taken out of account; however, no confirmation of shipping has been received and no mats delivered. Reached out twice now for a status update. My next step will be reaching out to my bank to file a claim and get my money back.

This company up charges! They advertise one price but charge more! Get rug grips for $1.99, you need 4 per rug, I order 2 packs...not $1.99 at all: $1.99 EACH next thing you know, $15.97. The FREE gift? $9.99!! A $150 order went to $200! Do NOT trust their prices, by the time it shows you, the order has been placed! Shame on this company!!! SHAME. I canceled immediately! Bring back box stores and real pricing!

I ordered a rug November 29th and have not received it. I called and they told me it should be arriving. There is no tracking number!!!! they also said that I had been charged twice for fast delivery which I DIDNOT REQUEST. Now i try calling customer support and no answer! Order number B2FF9C184D. I have emailed twice & No response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered 3 mats December 1st, money cleared my bank December 2nd. Today is December 14th and I have yet to receive my mats. I have emailed them twice with no response and when I call their customer service number it's a recording that tells me to check my email again in 48 hrs. When I tried to speak with an actually person it just rang and rang.

They only post positive reviews. Ordered 3 mats 1 month ago and, sent 6 emails withsame AI response. I have called 4 times usualy number is busy if you get through same story as automated message. Cant get tracking info. I will dispute payment with CC and get refund.

I rescued a 7 lb, 9 month old puppy recently. I ordered 2 anti-mud Muddy Mats, and love them! However, my pup completely destroyed both mats. I called the Customer Service phone number 9 times this morning, went through each option just to try to speak to a human, with no success. I was trying to ask someone if there was a Muddy Mat product I could buy that was indestructible. Unfortunately, Muddy Mat has lost my business, and I will not recommend my friends to buy their products.
