Muddy Mat®Reviews of muddymats.com

I have a few of the muddy mats in my kitchen to catch all the dirt coming in. While I am not fond of the shag look, they work wonderful. I just got the stair treads and they look awesome! Wish I could post a picture of them!

The product appears to be a good quality, but their return policy is terrible. I ordered some rugs, but the color on a couple of them did not work in my house. Unfortunately I didn’t realize it was a seven day return policy so I waited two weeks and now I can no longer exchange it for a better color. Most places have 30 day return policy. I’m not sure I will order again through them. I’m sure I can find a knock off or something similar. 09/10/2026 - Muddy Mat's customer service contacted me after this review and were willing to exchange the color as the mats were still unused and one was still in its original packaging. I am pleased with the outcome. I still think they need to rethink their return policy and make it a more traditional time frame as sometimes life gets busy and it is difficult to get to returning things with so quick a turn-around.

Ordered 2 dog beds. One was so full of stuffing the dogs won’t use it. The other was just right and they love it and share it. Hopefully one will start using the over stuffed one to smash it down so it gets used more!!!

update to review- I have spoken with the company and they have sent out replacement mats for the two damaged and assured that the 60 day guarantee will be waived if the other mats from my original purchase become damaged when they are washed next. I am so disappointed in these Muddy Mats. I wanted to love them because they were great for a short time. My mats were delivered July 31. They have been washed 3 times and they are ruined, coming apart at the seams and sticking together so they don’t lay flat. I paid 79.09 for four mats that are not usable on September 1.

After being so pleased with multiple orders of Muddy Mats, I was a little disappointed that my Muddy Mat dog beds were falling apart at the seams, literally, after having for a short few weeks. However, once I contacted Muddy Mat (via Messenger from their Facebook page) they quickly resolved the issue. I had to send them a few pictures of the problem, and shortly after, the rep responded that they were sending me replacements. I received a confirmation email for my replacement order within the hour. I hope the replacement beds will have stronger seams. In short, everything was not exactly perfect, but Muddy Mat customer service stood by their product and quickly made it right.

I received my muddy mat and put it down in front of my door. One of my dogs thought it was a blanket to lay on, so she laid down and went to sleep, but that was after one of my other dogs decided that she needed to chew a hole in it and pull some of it apart, I called the company and they are sending me out another mat free of charge. they do stand behind their product. I was very pleased with the way the product works. It does trap the mud and water. I would recommend it if you want cleaner Floors.

My Chihuahua loves these beds. I just wish they were as full and fluffy as the pictures.

I love the rugs but I wish I could pick different colors instead of just one
